    SolidWorks and AutoCAD design refinement, reviewing every part for manufacturability and reducing material waste before a single cut is made.

  2. Prototyping

    Rapid prototyping with a 48-hour turnaround on critical R&D components, so design decisions get validated in metal rather than on screen.

  3. Material Selection

    Drawn from our own stockholding across mild steel, stainless, galvanized, aluminium, brass, bronze and copper — no waiting on third-party supply.

  4. Precision Processing

    Fibre laser cutting, CNC shearing, press-brake bending, rolling and punching, sequenced to hold tolerance through every operation.

  5. Welding & Assembly

    Certified TIG, MIG and laser welding, then assembly into finished sub-assemblies, frames or complete Special Purpose Machines.

  6. Inspection & Despatch

    Multi-stage inspection from dimensional verification through material integrity analysis, under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
